Can anyone help me export entries from Movable Type?

I haven't done it in a few years (At one point, I was a MT/IT admin for a company running ~200 MT blogs), but I think you can just use the backup menu item to extract everything to a file (It is zipped, but once you uncompress it, it is a large text file). From there, it shouldn't be hard to import into MT on a new host...Otherwise, it isn't hard to replicate a MT environment if you have shell access on both servers (Basically, copy the database, copy the filesystem, then rebuild everything on the new host). This saves existing user accounts, permissions, blog structure, etc...MT may have changed a bit (I changed jobs ~3 years ago) but type of thing should work...
