Helicopters circling over Eastern Parkway and Washington?

The largest parade in the United States?

Not bigger than New Orleans Mardi Gras parades.

We've been here all afternoon and saw them going up and down the parade route. But, they were much lower starting about 15 minutes ago and seemed to be circling around that corner.
But, maybe/hopefully I'm just imagining things. -
helicopters do not always = murder.

Someone was shot (Probably related to the helicopter being discussed):

and someone was stabbed:
Stabbing 1373 Sterling Pl & Utica Ave Brooklyn, NY | 9/6/2010 8:11 p.m.
Unfortunately, this is pretty much a yearly occurrence. -
