How about we call it Crown Prospect?
you may already have seen this but the NYT has an interactive map that lets us check out the demographics of each little tract, using 05-09 estimates. link here -- screenshot attached. anything interesting in there?
I know you guys will hate this idea but how about we give everything the other side of Vanderbilt over to park slope and call everything from Vandy to franklin something catchy like "crown prospect"?
that's what they did with adams Morgan, in dc, and look how well that turned out. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adams_Morgan
otherwise, i fear, it all just becomes park slope east to washington at least, and that seems sad.

You're all right. Crown Prospect (or inverse) is the new Greenwood Heights, so to speak. I can't say I feel one way or another about it. But yes StoopLady, way to 'break the fourth wall' as it were. Now the realtors are going to smell us immediately, and before you know it, the myth becomes legend.
