MTA did not select Ratner. MTA said Ratner's bid is too low and that they will now negotiate exclusively with Ratner, who was the low ball bidder (Extell bid three times as much).
if after 45 days from July 27th the MTA is not satisfied with Ratner's bid, they will end negotiations. -
Don't hold your breath regarding MTA's terminating Ratners deal.
They are just going to milk FCR for more money and they will get it.
Good luck to FCR, as I am very excited about this.
Maybe now we'll get a greater police presence in our neighborhoods of PH and CH -
