Hi MaryAnnL-weather has been nice (30 to 40 degrees) no snow-Sunday had freezing rain which turned to ice but I'm so happy it's March too!! To answer questions about Carol's I.B.S.-It is very frustrating for her. She keeps records and one time she will eat something & it will not bother her one bit. Week later she eats the same thing and she lives in the bathroom. She also had her Gall Bladder removed and is not fat or grease tolorent at all. We have a couple of local restaurants where she has found some things on the menu which she tolorates pretty well. Of course at home we can control better what she eats but even then it can sneak up on her. We try to make NO plans within an hour or two after eating. Gave up bus trips and shows that run right after dinner like Dinner Theaters which we used to love. There are a lot of them in Florida. We are quite grateful to God and the Doctors that treated her including the Surgeon that removed the part of the Colon that had the tumor. There is very little question however that the treatments & surgery left her with the I.B.S. She does not have a colostomy bag which a lot of people in her shoes have to have so we must be grateful for a lot. Between her problems and my two cancers, atrial Fibrilation & Blood pressure problems it sounds like we are a train wreck but we do get around some and enjoy life> :roll:

Just watched AI lots of great talent this year....

Anthony - Have any suggestions for lunch...what can I eat for lunch that will keep me going until dinner.....

I am still doing pretty good, but now I am dying for some sweets...boy this is hard...I just have to find some things that I like and I will stick to them...any suggestions, I would appreciate it....

Thanks for all the support...lets hope my sugar goes down and I can lose lots of weight in the process.
