Police action at 25th St / 4th Av station this morning
Anyone know what it was about? Everyone got ejected from the station at around 10:10 a.m. today, all a cop would say was "There's a condition on the platform" and that all trains were bypassing. Oh, really? A condition? Like psoriasis? Had to walk to Prospect Av.
The thing is there were 4 or 5 cops milling about the station for about 10 minutes before they gave us the boot. Woulda been nice if they told us sooner.
Anyone?

I don't know, but there were cops in the station from 1 AM or so. I got off from the city, and there were two cops milling around the Coney Island bound platform, eyeballing everybody that had gotten off the train. A transit district NYPD car was parked street level by the exit.
Maybe they've been waiting for someone.
Howdy, Stranger!
