    Patsy. Do not be so quick to blame the jury. I followed this case in the papers and sometimes on TV. The prosecutors presented little to no evidence to convict her of murder. It is especially true in a murder case where the death penalty is possible,that a juror must be absolutely certain of the person's guilt to vote guilty. The whole case was built on "maybe's" and "it could have happened this way. My 14 years in Florida have given me deep thought about the system. There have been so many cases of child abuse & KILLING that it seems almost daily. There was one case where they never did find the childs body but they were able to convict the guy on hard evidence. Girls DNA on the guys shorts, her blood on his sheets etc:. In the Anthony case I saw NO hard evidence like that. Whos guilty? I am afraid we will never know!!! Every day when I read the paper there are murders or abuse cases. When they arrest a suspect they have a rap sheet a mile long with violent crimes many times. Why is someone like that roaming around in society? They are currently closing jails in Florida for lack of convicted criminals that are sentenced to years in prison. Is it the prosecutors, the judges or the system itself???? I am confused.... :?:

    SHOCKING VERDICT....

    She will write a book and make a movie and will make lots of money. Only god knows what happened and if she did it or knows who did it, she will have to meet her maker and He knows what happened..

    Hi-I'm sick over this verdict..even if the crazy story about the "accident in the pool" was true, that means she knew the last 3 years what happened? Her poor parents-she threw them "under the bus". at least she should have gotten aggravated child abuse..something..that child didn't wrap herself in the black bag & wind up in the swamp all by herself...I wonder when she goes free on Thursday if Casey will go partying with her imaginery friends...sad day for that little girl..tonite 9 PM leave your porch light on for Caylee-done all over the country.....

    Please, Please pray for My Good Friend Debbie's Mom (Bunny). I am so sad. She is like another Mom to me. Does not look good..Pray hard. Debbie is an only child and she really needs the prayers and strength to get through this. Thanks

    Sadness all over lately, so many accidents & killings down here, it's sickening. I cut back watching the news, it's so darn depressing. That poor little angel didn't deserve to die but you wonder about the "real" story. I guess they haven't labeled her crazy but with all these imaginary friends, etc, you got to wonder.

    Hey, you folks want to talk about rain. I called Noah and made reservations for Carol & I on the ARK. It has been raining some since the 1st of July but this week is the topper. In one 24 hour period we had 4.65". That was enough to float Terry's condo. I saw it sail past here about three o'clock yesterday afternoon. Florida has a feast or a famine. It is either a drought or a flood. Not too far from here is the Little Manatee river. It is not a threat to us but for some people in Wimauma Florida it can be disaster. Even the alligators are complaining about too much water. Remember, if you visit Florida do not attempt to drive or walk through a puddle of any size. The small ones will probably have a gator in them and the big ones will swallow you or your car. Every rainy season there are articles in the paper about someone who tried to drive through what looked like a few inches of water and their car gets flooded and they have to be rescued. Florida is a peninsula

    with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other side. In between are many, many lakes and rivers. It is a boaters paradise. Thaaaaats all for now folks. :D-Y

    HI Patsy, Terry and blog family:

    My daughter gave birth Thursday night to a beautiful baby boy. 6lbs 7 oz and 19 in. His name is Justin Robert. Its been a little crazy here because she was supposed to go in on July 20 but she started labor and they had to do an emergency C section. All is well and everyone is doing great. I will post pictures when we have a minute. Love to all..

    Warren - We had so much rain yesterday for hours....today it is beautiful out.

    I can't believe my vacation is just about over...had a good week...went to Atlantic City, Lancaster PA, Smithsville and did alot of eating out!!!!! Had fun....
