New Wine Store on Washington

The article says it's the avenue's first wine store, but that's not true -- I've shopped at the one near Park Place before (not great, but it'll get the job done).

That said, glad to know what this is -- I saw the awning in another picture and assumed it was a store but then thought maybe it was a wine bar. I prefer store, personally.
