Do you guys think the lady got a raw deal like the boy who cried wolf?

or is it more like the duke lacrosse case, where the girl got greedy and try to take rich guys for a ride or more like tawana brawley rape case.

or some where between these?

Seems to be more like the Tawana Brawley case of years ago where she said so famously, "no one manipanated me." I don't know if it was consensual, I'm sure he suggested they have sex. Maybe he promised her money. But, she's not credible and if anyone ruined her case it was her.

Like all of us, I'd prefer a system that let less guilty people go free, AND sent less innocent people to prison.

However, given the inherent tradeoff, I'm ok with our present system's bias toward letting the guilty go free OVER sending innocent people to prison.

He's a scumbag with a history of sexual harassment.

His semen was found on her and in the room.

Oh yeah, and he's "married".

There are few people I have less pity for than him.

There's no way to tell if her charges were legitimate. "she won't be credible in court" is a long way from "he didn't do it".
