Stadium construction noise at 2am

Call the police. And 311. And any other official you can think of. Write to Bloomberg's office. Write to your city council member. Complain. I am so sick of them acting as if they are above the law.

On second thought, why not rent a jackhammer and use it right outside Bruce Ratner's house at 2AM? That would probably be more effective.

I heard the pile drivers way over here on Prospect Place, so it was pretty loud. We need to document this every time, since we're going to live with construction noise for the next 25 years.

yes, they are allowed to do this, and in some cases, are compelled to do this by the DOT so as not to disrupt traffic during the day.
