Prospect Heights broker recs?

My husband and I are looking for a new apartment - ideally we'd like to find a 2-bedroom rental in Prospect Heights starting in Dec or Jan. We've lived in the neighborhood for 4 years and now we have a baby on the way and are about to outgrow our current space, but we'd love to stay nearby. Does anyone recommend any good brokers who work in the Prospect Heights area? Or, on a related note, if anyone has any leads on places in PH that are looking for tenants, that would be most welcome too!

We're also looking in other neighborhoods that border Prospect Park - Windsor Terrace, Kensington, Prospect Lefferts, Ditmas Park.

I'd reco jeffery Block (Jeffrey Block <[email protected]>). We used him for our current place. Took us over a year to settle on a place in PH but he stuck with us through it all. Appreciated that he was good at identifying what we wanted and not wasting our time with places that did not align.

Erica Sullivan at Prudential Douglas Elliman is awesome. She lives in and works through the area. Held our hands through the entire first-time buyer process, but does rentals too.

I know for a fact that ntfool abused Erica Sullivan, by being shown dozens of homes over something like 2 years.

I think ntfool was not only impressed, but now feels some debt after the fact.
