Kings County Fermentation Group meets on July 28 in South Slope

Hello, my name is Tony. I started grass roots group that meets once a month to exchange knowledge and ideas about kombucha, kvass, water kefir, sauerkraut, miso, kimchee, yogurt, sourdough... etc. We also sample and review each other's fermented goods (kimchee-miso Tatter Tots rock).

Our tiny group is growing. We began by meeting at each other's homes and now we're lucky to have a time slot at the new Freddy's Bar in South Slope, every 4th Sunday from 7–9PM.

Who can join?

KCFG is open to anyone 21 and over. If you make fermented goods or just have an interest, join us; it's FREE. We announce by MailChimp newsletter and RSVP via EventBrite.

Why Join KCFG?

By joining you can exchange kombucha scobies, learn about workshops,or just get first hand knowledge on specific fermented foods and beverages. You also get to hang with other geeky boneheads over a frosty beer.
