FOUND: ABANDONED DOG
Anybody recognize this dog? It's been looped to my neighbor's fence in Park Slope since around 2pm. Black collar with little "diamonds", slight overbite. It's in good shape, although s/he looks a little old . . .

WTF is wrong with people?
A lady came by and recognized the dog -- somebody had offered it to her a little earlier in the day. They said they were moving. They said he was around four or five and his name is Snoopy.
Well, I guess they just dumped the dog.
That lady knew another lady that does rescue, and she came by and picked up the dog. If anyone wants a little dog, pm me.
He's male, unneutered. He's quiet and friendly. -
I can't even believe this. I wonder why people that do things like this even get animals in the first place. Thanks for helping this little guy out. I would have hated for him to end up in the wrong hands.
