Prospect Pl 3-block stoop sale- get stuff! get rid of stuff!

~~Multi-block stoop sale coming up on Saturday~~

The Prospect Place Block Association (Flatbush to Underhill) is organizing a mondo stoop sale spectacular. If you live on the block, this is your chance to get rid of all those things you've been dying to get rid of! Who needs that chandelier that's been sitting in your basement?!?

If you don't want to sell stuff, this is a great chance to buy essential items that you can't live without. Doesn't your basement need a chandelier?

Time: Saturday 10/6 10 am - 2 pm
Place: Prospect Place between Flatbush & Underhill

Participants are encouraged to donate a portion of their proceeds to the legal fund of Develop Don't Destroy Brooklyn, to support the law suits challenging the proposed Atlantic Yards mega-development. The block association is one of over 20 community groups who have joined the lawsuit challenging the adequacy of the environmental impact statement submitted for the proposal. Recommended donation is 20% to 100% of your proceeds.

If you have stuff to donate but aren't available to hold your own sale, we'll collect your items- 100% of the money from donations will go towards the DDDb legal fund.
