Did anyone hear the very loud argument that the DEP guys who made that hole got into, before they packed into their trucks and left? I am wondering if they were there to do some job that was left undone b/c they got into such a horrible fight.

Did anyone call 311 on this yet?

No. I mean, what is that gonna do? They're not going to pay for my tire.

Well, if you call 311 it means the manhole goes on the list to get fixed and DOT gets alerted. May not do anything for you, but it might keep your neighbors from going through the same thing.

You can file a claim with the City by filling out a form here.

It takes a while, but you will eventually get the money back for your damages.
