I altered your headline a bit just to make a little more of the info in your post available at a glance to people skimming the forum. Couple of questions, to get a better description -- what sort of pattern is his fur? I usually think of stripes when I see the term "tabby" -- does he have the gray and black stripey bits with white fur elsewhere? And does he know his name well enough to come when called?

I know strays often hang out around the shuttle station, probably because so many people throw away food there. You might want to check with the booth workers there, and maybe they'd let you hang up flyers.
