Hello, I would like to start some sort of something for those who have moved away from Brooklyn and have relocated somewhere else. Maybe we can start a new message board on Brooklynian if the Administration will let us. If You think it's a good idea write the Administration. If someone else has a Better idea let Me know I'm up for suggestions. [email protected]

  • moved away from Brooklyn? I can't imagine how depressing that must be. Maybe group therapy is an answer?

You could use the board already set up for that sort of thing:
    Brooklyn and Beyond
News and questions for Brooklyn at large. And New York. And Earth. Solar System. Universe. More.
  • "Beyond" is one way to think about it, but I think this guy is talking about "Brooklyn Nostalgia"
I wonder if we get enough of that sort of traffic . . . it's obviously not the mission of the site, but we do have people coming by periodically for that reason.
The decision would be for the site owner, DailyHeights.

johnnieMc, you could start your own blog and see how it goes -- sometimes we link up with a blog to start a message board, which is how the B61 Red Hook board started up.
