Is the power output down as well? Whats the cross street?

Lincoln place in *Prospect Heights* only has two cross streets and the car is between Washington and Underhill.
The UPS for my computer keeps beeping ~~~
Perhaps Manhole cover blew through the car? -
There were a lot of manhole fire today as a result of the water and the salt.

Yea, a number of explosions last night. The power went down (not off, but flickering) for a few minutes and then the manhole blew closer to Washington. Same thing happened on the block a couple times last winter but this one was more severe than those with a lot more black smoke pouring out of the street. Power was funky with lights flickering along the whole block for a few hours.
