Any updates on Little Cupcake Shop opening on Vanderbilt?

seems like work has picked up there in the past few days. they are currently building an exterior that extends out into the sidewalk (annoying but within their right). the interior is all cleaned out and about back to white box state, i'd take a guess that if they have all their permits settled they could open in august.
