On Monday January, 12, 2015 at approximately 4:40am, at the north side intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Washington Avenue.

Victim: Male, Black, 36 years old was shot once in the right arm while inside of his vehicle. The victim drove himself to the 84th Pct where he was removed to Brooklyn Hospital for treatment of his injury.

Perpetrator- Unknown and fled the location in an unknown direction.
