Note, despite this initial report, there was one stabbing and one shooting. 2 separate incidents.

Update:

"One man was stabbed and another shot around 2 a.m between Plaza Street East and Eastern Parkway, according to the NYPD.

A 24-year-old man died after being stabbed multiple times. The other
man who was shot is in stable condition at New York Methodist Hospital.

There has been no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing."

This is what results from the same mentality that holds that it is perfectly acceptable to bring guns and knives to sweet sixteens, weddings, birthday parties for 4 year olds, and christenings.

Funny how I've never heard of a shooting or stabbing at the St Patty's Day, Steuben Day and other such parades. Yet, such things seem to occur every year in connection with this particular event.

For what it's worth, maybe not those but there are countless examples of regular gatherings of white people leading to violence.
