    Anthony Tedeschi and his guys did a very good job on my place -- however, when they got a simultaneous higher-paying job than mine, they did let the project drag on for a week longer than necessary. That said, they did my place for a reasonable fee (it helped to have gotten other bids, I was able to talk him down from his original quote), they did a very good job, and Anthony himself is a really nice guy.

    longtime poster @tsarina occasionally paints, and I have used her twice for my apartment.

    She does a good job.    However, this work supplements her present income and responsibilities.   So, she is not always available.   Her contact info is in your PM.
