Construction for new condo building 90 Sullivan Place

The landscaping in the tree pits in front of the building is a recent addition.

The pictures above were taken late yesterday afternoon. Even my building had shoveled the sidewalk by then.

The commercial space on the left has taken a noticeable step to becoming ready for occupancy. It now has roll gates. The brown paper covering the windows has been replaced with white paper.

I went into the store last night. It looks and feels like a regular bodega, but it's shiny and new. It will close at 9 pm on weekdays and a 10 pm on weekends.

A dance place moved in. It was supposed to have hosted a salsa dance on Valentine's Day. I would have liked to go, but I was too tired.

AbunDance got priced out of PLG.

There is a bodega next to the garage entrance, and a storefront church is apparently going to move in next door. (I noticed signage.)
