I have mostly been watching 1 story structures to "see them fall and then rise". It seems two story structures on large lots near people with lots of disposable income are also at risk.

Looks like the architect (De-Jan Lu) builds sometimes interesting buildings. LIke this one is not bad. http://newyorkyimby.com/2015/05/revealed-125-borinquen-place-williamsburg.html In the rendering anyway.

As a result of having only 13 units in 14,175 sq ft of residential space, these units will be almost 1100 sq ft a piece. I smell 2 bedroom, well appointed condos. Roughly two per floor on floors 2 - 8, with a community space on the ground floor.
