FAUN'S BRUNCH on Vanderbilt Ave
An amazing brunch in the peaceful garden at Faun yesterday. Imaginative food. Very pleasant staff. And you can splurge on something super fancy, or do quite well a la carte if you are pinching pennies. Delightful place. I think it is owned by an architect and that skill shows! Brunch starts at 11 on Saturday and Sunday. My only interest in the plug is selfishly wanting it to survive so I can eat there!

My husband and I have walked past there. Price has definitely kept us from stopping in. Is brunch cheaper than their dinner?

Lower than dinner. And it is easy to put together an a la cart of eggs, sausage, HOMEMADE English muffins, and coffee (bottomless pit) for 12-13. There is No tipping. It was a truly sublime experience.
