just came back from a run. limping now.

Ouch! Sorry to hear that - I was just thinking how gorgeous it was running the trails yesterday... but I was super-cautious and jumped out onto the road when I saw piles of leaves. I'm a klutz even when I can see what's there.
Hope you mend soon..... lots of ice and advil... -
Yeah, I have been really really nervous about that for a couple weeks now. I've been generally risking it, but I think I might take this as a warning and just suck it up and run on that slanted road.
