Max user errors

I've been seeing this often for the past two days or so. Can something be done to fix this?

Yeah, I've been getting it too. It usually clears up with a page reload, but it's annoying. I let the admins and the other mods know about it; don't know if anything is being done to fix it yet, though.

Yes, probably too many people at one time, but I remember something similar happening before, and I think DH did something to fix it.
