SweetjesusIhatecircuitccity!!!

Okay, Is it me?

Did I really think I could actually BUY something at the retail abyss known as circuit city at Atlantic Terminal Mall?WTF??
Why is there only ONE working line?

Why are ALL of you "on BREAK" and NOT helping people!?
Where is the manager?Who is in charge here?
Is this the line or is THIS the line?
Why isn't this register OPEN?
Why don't these computers ever WORK?

Does it really need to take 55 minutes to buy something?

In Target, the lines are long, but the DO move at a regular pace so I can put on my ipod and deal with it...

But at Circuit City, you just stand and the line NEVER moves and the pople who work there are complete F*cktards!

I feel like I am being punished for a crime I didn't commit. I thought I would give them a try after the holidays but I ended up walking out and not buying anything - again.

I have been in there 4 times and have never been able to actually BUY anything - because the lines don't move and the people suck!! I went home and got what I needed online.

  • I bought in there last year, it was the same way
  • What would one go to CC for, anyway? I'll pick up computer parts if I'm in a pinch, but other than that, I wouldn't think of stepping foot in there... the constant ghetto-blastin' music from the mini systems and car audio are enough to ensure that.
  • I don't like to buy stuff there. I sometimes go to look at stuff in person and maybe ask some questions about the products. Then I go home and buy online.
  • Anyone else remember Crazy Eddie's? :D

Do they actually give you insightful information?

Sometimes. Especially for big ticket items with lots of features like HD TVs. I find that talking to the salesperson can help me figure out what a lot of the jargon means and whether those features actually matter to me.
