Yes, we understand that drinking establishments with non-ironic or pretentious names have difficulty appealing to your kind's sensibilities - fortunately however as I already noted earlier in the thread, R&B will soon be known as "Leiderhosen" and thus all issues should be resolved, making it OK for you to drink there.

If "Leiderhosen" is not to your liking, perhaps you may suggest some alternatives?

How about "Acorn"? "Dollop"? "The Nob/Mash/Knacker/Pud/Wank/any other random British term Shop"?

"Your kind?" - The kind who is appealed to by your allusions to the most obvious Commonwealth signposts? Brilliant.

Have you actually ever been there? Name aside it is a great neighborhood bar.

My sole contention is that it is a stupid name.

Being a tradition hating, neighborhood destroying interloper I don't like neighborhood bars. I prefer enclave bars, or hamlet bars.

FYI: The other day my friend and I had a wonderful bottle of wine in Lonelyville's garden. Not really a bar, but I had a great time.

I have been curious about that place. Do they serve food?

    How unfortunate for you.

Being though so many of our neighborhood Vespa-riding, red-bearded 'interlopers' look like they somehow wandered out of their native hamlet/village of birth, I find your preference completely fitting.

More importantly, do they serve coffee and beer?
