Hi Lyn ....I was thinking about you tonight ....we just got back home from Radio City ...Christmas Show ....and went to see the Tree...all of us ...except the baby ....it was beautiful ...driving was ok ....and not too many people on the road ....nothing like being in the City around Christmastime...snowing and all!

Anthony M....I drove! Nobody wanted to take the Express Bus......we took 3 cars.......and Im glad you got to read the other site ....I dont think Ive ever read the whole thing.....

Susie B. - How did you know my last name? No - didn't know Tommy Jones - I lived for awhile or rather grew up on 7th Ave & 2nd Street. I used to hang around Fiske Place and for awhile on 4th st just above 7th Ave. Where did you grow up?

Patsy M. - I lived on 74th between 1972-1975. 74th Street between 14th & 15th Avenues.

Used to hang around "The Gallery, Penthouse, Johnny's, Griswalds and some other establishments.

Janet H. ---- the only person I knew from 21 Street area was Dorothy. After 1967 most of my time was spent in the Bay Ridge-Bensonhurst sections.

Suzie B. Thank you for your kind words and thoughts - Very sorry to hear that about your brother. Losing a family member is devastating especially when one is young.
With these sites - I had hoped to just talk with Dorothy again - just to talk about how different paths we both took in life. I'm sure she would feel proud to know that that little 18 year old guy still gets a rythum in his heart when he thinks of her.

Hi Gary - I just googled your screen name that you gave us ... I was curious if I knew you from the neighborhood.... and judging what I read....Dorothy would be very proud of you. I guess if you hung out by 2nd street and 7 ave....I probably wouldnt know you ....although we all knew the Kimball's from 3 st.

As far as the Oldies ....I was speaking about ...Norman Knight !

Gary, I asked around and one person I asked said he believed that Dorothy moved to Montana 1 to 3 years ago. He doesn't really remember the exact time.

Janet I think u r right Dorothy's cousin said that not too many people keep in contact or see her that often she did I think move far away. Most of her family have passed the older generation. God only knows where all the cousins went. U know how it is today GARY family just does not stay in the same neighborhood anymore like when we ere kids. OH THOSE WERE THE DAYS, A MILLION COUSINS AND FAMILY ALL AROUND NOW U HAVE TO DRIVE, FLY WHATEVER. LOTS TO DO TODAY TALK TO A LATER.

Anyone up yet?? Or are you all gearing up for those big sales out there today? Ooops, maybe you're snowed in !! Surprisingly, we didn't get any snow YET !! We will probably get it tomorrow or the day after. Not sure yet, but it supposed to go from the 60's down to the 30s or 40s. Yesterday hit 70 here which is really strange.
Geri called from California and she was freezing. Hopefully she is on the road already this am and out of California by now en route to Florida.

I was with the kids and we watched 7 Pounds last night. I think it upset the youngest as he was crying for no reason after it was over and didn't say?? It was a late night anyway and just got on line to give Gary that message.

Guess I missed you Terry. Are you snowed in??

i've already been outside...not to bad...looks pretty....
took michael for a haircut

all the shopping...decorating....wrapping....is all done
i could chill today with my family...
christmas eve and christmas day will be spent here at home....
the kids rather stay home ....and i get to eat
some really good stuff....my wife and mother-in-law cook great!
