I got surprised with a new cell phone today! Just what I wanted the HTC.

Rant: Waking up Friday morning to no hot water or heat, but still having to shower. Then having it fixed only to wake up Sunday to no hot water again, with only assurances that the plumber is on the way to keep me warm.
