I have been married to Mrs Whynot since Oct 2002. The fact that Mrs. Whynot changed her relationship status is completely unrelated to the "Wednesday event" being currently guessed at. ...it is only related to us being new Facebook users.

My being almost completely offline from Thursday - now is due to the fact I was out of town, and is not related to the Wed event. (But it did allow me to rest up in preparation for Wed.)

Our dog Dude is male, fixed and gay. He prefers big intact males, whichever is closest. Dude is not getting married or having children. (but the puppies would have been soooooo cute)

Now for the remaining issues:

1. Damn, that icon does look like Scarlett.

2. Nope, I do not think that icon looks like Mama. ...but I assume Papi is the authority on such matters.

3. I will host 3.0 as scheduled, on 2/18/09 (thanks scarlett). The fact that Ana wussed out is unrelated to me.
