Ummmm...huh? Location, directions, time and what to bring were posted at least twice. I'm not taking anyone by their hand though. Nor will I try to convince the haters to come

Mougar, Carmen and Bruno will probably be a no-show from the sound of it.

    Ya'll sleeping?

    I can't!!!!!!!

I've been laying down for almost an hour and can't fall asleep. I knew i shouldn't have napped earlier. #-o

I predict that I will not be able to fall asleep till 5am or later and I'm getting picked up at 9am .....meaning I gotta get up at 7am.

I'm setting my alarm clock but just in case I end up knocking out on the sofa.....PLEASE if anyone sees this in time -WAKE UP CALL!! If I don't get online and post something here by 8am-Anyone who has my cell number please wake me up. My cell phone alarm sucks ass. It's not a loud enough tone to wake me. I've slept through it many times.

Awesome time. Good and sunned-up. Had drinks, food, shit-talking, catching up with my favorite friends.

Booklaw is the best and has a great sense of humor especially because he can deal with us rowdy people in his car. Many thanks!!!
We must NOT wait 2 years to do this again!!!!!!!

    I concur with the above.

...and will soon resume my propaganda regarding the great "vomit in the Atlantic fishing trip" in July.

    Good times, good times.

Despite the hike up to the top, which shall henceforth be known here as "The Trail of Tears."

The hike down wasn't bad at all. And the food, drink and company were awesome.

And there were many un-muzzled dogs, including on the trail up the mountain. There was nary a muzzle in sight.

I take it my rusty grill ended up with one of you?

...the only bad part about mooching a ride with Booklaw was missing the Kobe beef.

Sweet tea has your grill. It wasn't kobe beef though. Just regular short ribs off the bone, with Korean BBQ marinade. Kalbi.

....ok, but living with a vegetarian, it still sounds yummy.

Sweet tea, feel free to keep it until mid-July. (remember, light from the bottom and open lid: flame goes up.)

What do you mean "just regular short ribs"? They were spectacular.

As were the beers I just enjoyed at the new place on my street. Yay for neighbors, and yay for neighborhood bars. Booo for Monday mornings!

It was a great time, the food was excellent (a-hem... I grilled much of it myself), and the company was superb. I enjoyed meeting you all, and seeing again those I'd met before. I look forward to our next picnic or other outing!

    Oh man, I ache.

Yes, great people, great times,, great food, especially that kalbi beef.

Let's do a BBQ in Prospect Park soon. No hiking. I'll just get run over by a Mack truck instead.
