I'm down with the hiking , too. It's a good workout. We'll be sweatin' and huffin' and puffin' then go collapse on the grass. Might need a change of clothes , too. :-k

Can we still BBQ? I have skewers and shrimp. I can also make tasty veggie ones with mushrooms, onions and red bell peppers etc.... All in a chimichuri marinade.
