Will Mougar bring his smoky joe?

I was walking in the park the other day and I didn't see anyone bbq'n in the Nethermead area. I think we may stand out. I also saw 2 cop cars driving around inside on patrol or whatever.

I'm no stranger to less than legal bbq ...

We can always offer the cop a burger.

Would love to make it, but we have a Birthday party to attend on the same day in the park. Hopefully you can let us know your exact location and we will stop by and say hello to our fellow BROOKLYNIANS.

Cannot attend, I have to go back to Mass for work on the 19th. LAME

So I'm off that day, but I just realized it's my mother-in-law's birthday. I have to see what Mrs. C has planned. I'm still hoping to make this.

PS.. There's a possibility that the BBQ angle of this may go awry, technically we are not allowed to BBQ there. Just sayin'
With that possibility in mind precooked or cold dishes seem like a good bet. I think I'm bringing a pasta dish.

yeah I say bring the BBQ, bring cold dishes, I can bring a cooler, croquet set and badminton set.

...hmmmm. I must say that this logic has caused me to change my mind about bringing my grill.

1. Grills are not allowed in the Nethermead.
2. The park rules say no propane.

These two facts, combined with the fact that I saw Park Worker tell a group of folks they had to put out their grill because it was in a no BBQ zone, have lead me to decide to leave my grill at home.

Pssst, this means you shouldn't bring raw meat unless you have a way to prepare it that does not involve me. ...so its a picnic, not a BBQ.

Cold fried chicken is delicious. same for pizza.....

I may join if I can find you!!!! But only to meet Dude and only if I can teach him to attack whynot.
