Cool, cold food only, there will be a cooler (or two) for to keep cold meats cold. Also, any from Ditmas going who can help me with the coolers and badminton and croquet sets?

Papi and I are still in. Meredith, Papi might be able to help you unload stuff, but get a back up just in case. We have my bro-in law staying with us (again!) and he's a busy body and tends to drag Papi away to do a bunch of stuff with him.

Hi Everyone! I'm just new on board here.....I don't live in Brooklyn anymore, but I thought it would be fun to get on a Brooklyn board to see what's going on in my old neighborhood in Park Slope. I use to live on 3rd St. and 8th Ave. and we were in Prospect Park almost everyday.....great childhood memories. I hope you guys don't mind me mingling in here. Cheers....Claudia

Thanks for warm welcome "Mamacita"!! I left Brooklyn in 1970, and am presently living in Vermont. I do have friends still living in Park Slope and the Bay Ridge area. Use to love to eat at Pino's Pizzera on 7th Ave...best pizza I ever ate and I hear it's still there. Do I fall into the Brooklyn Back When Board category???? Bet I do
