Can't- her (soon-to-be former) co-workers scheduled the shindig someplace close to the office in MH... but that doesn't mean that we have to nix the double shots!

What time are people planning on being there. Baby Medusa goes to bed by 7pm. I just want to know if I should try to stop by with her before bedtime or just show up after bedtime.

Sorry we bailed on the evening. The spousal unit felt under the weather, so I played the dutiful wife and stayed home with him. Next time, I promise!

Well, Unterberg and I went, and Emily, Mr. DailyHeights himself & family, Mr. Medusa (sadly, Medusa had left by the time we got there), Stacey, and Alafairnadia were all there while we were around. We had a couple of beers and headed off to Burrito Bar for some dinner, so I don't know who might have shown up afterwards. Sorry I didn't stick around long enough to meet everyone who came later, but I had been dealing with moving all day and I was HONGRY. Sadly, I didn't have the presence of mind to take any pics.

Not related so much to happy hour, but I also stopped by and met SJE at her shop today, and I discovered that two old friends I didn't even know lived in these parts live right at the end of my block, so I'm already feeling a *much* better community vibe here than in my old 'hood!

horray! friday was SO fun! though the extreme-late-night DH crew didn't roll in til 11-midnightish. twas awesome to meet apollonia and unterberg! and see everyone else, including the non-nabe dwellers, who had to go home to places like CT!

maybe we can set like a "3rd friday" or a "last saturday"... if i know its a regular thing, i can always make the time or plan ahead...
