I read that there is gonna be a street festival on May 20th in Park Slope on 5th Ave. , anyone know what type of festival it is?

Em26, that particular street fair is actually good. Bands outside Southpaw (don't know the particulars this year) and a high ratio of local food* to greasy sausage trucks that haul around NYC to block the street. Ditto, low ratio of tube sock/tshirt vendors to, well, stuff you might actually be interested in.

*Last year Night and Day had awesome gumbo, and Blue Ribbon sushi was making soft shell crab rolls - WHOA!
