No. People used to buy that shit by the case. The log is putatively so that anyone who tries to buy that much would be flagged. Of course that assumed that they're actually checking ID at the pharmacy, which hasn't been my experience so far this cold season. But if there's actually anyone called Notare Alname or Fak Ename, they're going to be in trouble!

But even if the actual names aren't being logged, I think the log does make it too much of a pain in the ass to be worthwhile to actually procure enough precursor to make a significant amount of meth.

but really, I think if they made it the law that a PHARMACY couldn't sell more than *** mg to a person at a time, it'd be way more ok. cause every pharmacy - duane read, thriftway, boots in london, have given me shit for wanting the 'real thing'. I've explained, in grotesque, snot-laden detail why I NEED the real thing, but they still give me shit. it's infuriating. at least in paris they handed over the RHUMAGRIP with no problems.
