Well, they get this tasty pig and roast the bastard out in the back patio in a sorta pit with coals. Soon everything smells like carnitas and everyone gets to eat for FREE! 1st Saturday of the month. Unfortunately, though I was there yesterday, had to head home early and missed the actually pig feast. Next time.

I'm hungry now, damn.
