The garages and warehouses on Park Place (between Rogers and Nostrand) are going away

That doesn't surprise me.    I suspect Compass has established a reputation among buyers that allows them to trust this building will be well constructed, and have similar amenities to their sites elsewhere.

Some may have purchased these units with the hope of reselling them at a profit once the building is complete, or simply as a second (third?) home.
