Yeah, for all the complaints about Soda, they now have a legitimate complaint about us! My apologies to Toly and the staff at Soda on behalf of Brooklynian.

Anyway, at least things were cool until the unscheduled feats of strength. Even armchair warrior showed up! And the festivus pole was awesome.

It was very nice meeting all of you that I had not met and of course seeing all of you I already know. I'm going to suggest we not fan the flames any further online, the whole incident was just ridiculous and beneath us, as a community. My apologies to Soda and DH for my unintentional involvement.

Here's what I need today:

1) A nap

2) A Sausage McMuffin with about 40 o' them hash brown thingies.

3) Gatorade (Riptide Rush or original green)

4) The holiday season to be over with.

Already been there, done that... it's my traditional post-drinking breakfast. What is it about Mickey D's breakfast grease that calms the uneasy drinking gremlins?

I've always been partial to dim sum for alcohol-soaking breakfast grease.

That or french toast with bacon from a diner.

from a dominican diner downstairs

then someone reneged on their cuban sandwich...

and a large coffee

BTW, since the pole was paid for by Daily Heights, it's DH property. I'll throw it into storage. If I take off b4 next year (I don't intend to) I'll hand it off.

Speaking of money, I hope it all worked out last night. We all kinda started throwing money at Andy after the fight and bailed. I hope there was enough, and that he didn't get stuck paying extra after driving all the way...
