8th avenue near 11th street. It's on the top floor of a four story walk up, but the front of it has great windows, an unobstructed view, and a working fireplace.
I'm trying to look at the place again on Saturday during the day, and if I took it I think it would be March 1st. The apartment warming party (aka gimme booze and food) would be the day after I move in and get a grill to put on the roof. -
Oy, yes it was a panty dropper of a roof deck!!!!!!!!!!! (well, if I wore panties, they would have dropped) So unbelievably gorgeous. The housewarming will be catered by a highly skilled chef/bartender.

The one I saw last night is on 8th avenue near 11th street. Due to the proximity to Brookvin and the hof, it may end up costing more than the place on 3rd st between 5th and 6th ave.

I vote yes on either of those- I could use someone down near my end of the hood (3rd st) to enjoy all that 5th ave has to offer, but I always welcome another Hoff buddy as you all well know.
