Under Bloomberg, the western section of CB8 waited something like 8 years to be rezoned.

Under DeBlasio, I expect it to be quicker, because doing so will allow him to reach his goal of creating "below market rate housing".
Note: I try to not use the term "affordable housing" because it is so subjective, and has lost its meaning -
So far, those against this rezoning and others have yet to clearly articulate that they understand them as being part of Bill DeBlasio's "affordable housing initiatives" or PlaNYC (which was passed under Bloomberg).
In a few months, they might connect the dots.

1. Take back the resolution.
2. Pass a resolution to demand that our Elected Officials take us to see the Mayor about him Preserving Our Community!
3. NO More Luxury development in our community!
