Rave: Tomorrow-- 5th ave fair. All the gals need to meet up. we can have preliminary beers on my stoop then off to eat and debauch!

Rant: sort of crappy weather for the st fair.

Rave: smooth away and my new shirt to wear for next Sunday's Smith street Stumble!

Scarlett got a seriously sexy and beautiful asian printed halter. So DAMN PRETTY! Really, it was just gorgeous.

Plus everyone made me laugh so hard

Brookbound is fabulous as always and shares my love for the Lakers and sangria.

PLUS!!! We saw Quig!! And Mrs Quig and the baby!!! They are awesome.

Oh yeah and big guy has a yeast infection on his head :P

Rant: Fucking MEN! I fucking HATE THEM

rant: my boss scheduled me for two days of training with a client in CA next week. Too bad I'll be with a client in boston. And now I'm currently writing all the training materials so someone else can do it before I leave tomorrow (and i found out about this friday night at 7pm)

rant: I'm going to miss him for 4 days

rant: nevermind on the ambien, my boss just called with some sort of EARTH SHATTERINGLY IMPORTANT ISSUE that must be taken care of at 9pm. Awesome.

rant: carmen's boss! (gives me a break from ranting at MY boss who is letting me go at the end of the month)

oh boy, 9:30pm conference call to discuss everything that happened in the 5.5 hours I was driving. Amazing!

Rant: taking two Tylenol PMs and a xanax at bedtime makes it difficult to wake up

I'm surprised I'm actually at work. I could REALLY use a nap.

a) stress occasionally causes me to wake up at pretty much those hours.
when im lucky i remember to think about SOMETHING warm and fuzzy be it my wife or some silly positive childhood thing , my pet being goofy, whatever. anything to prevent tunnelvision on whats bothering me.
i wish i could say it always helped, i then try 2 quick shots of hard alcohol and if that fails .... a ball peen hammer...

Yah, Garfunky - I do try to get into a better mental state, but sometimes I just don't succeed. thanks for the luck...am going to need it in this economy
