I'm sore all ober. NEVER workout on a gazzelle and total gym on the same day.

Rant: Dammit - sorry I couldn't make it to the ball fields today. The only thing I had to eat was a crappy vendor hot dog in midtown (with mustard).

Juicy Goat taco, with cilantro, onion and salsa verde. Then a shared cheese huarache with spicy pork, guac, pico de gallo and salsa. Damn good!

Mougar also got pork rinds, they were awesome.

Aaaah, sounds amazing. I haven't been yet this year and I need to go. Next weekend for sure.

Well we can do dumplings at Eton tomorrow, right??

It's not just the eating , tho. I exercise (40-45min. cardio , and 20-25 mins. lifting weights) for about an hour in the morning on an empty stomach so that I burn the fat already on my body instead of calories.

not to be an asshole, but working out in the morning has nothing to do with burning fat aside from the slight tendency to boost your metabolic rate during the day which might result in burning more calories (but really, exercise is exercise and has the same effect on basal metabolic rate through muscle gain regardless of the time of day.) So basically, work out whenever you want... but supplement immediately following with high protein/low fat foods like egg whites.
