Am afraid that wine + crutches = something worse. My friend suggested chamber pot and bottle o'wine near the bed, but I'm not sure i'm ready for that

Yes you do. Percocet is oxycodone with acetaminophen (Tylenol). It's a bit more potent than Vicodin (hydrocodone with acetaminophen).
