Yeah , I love it! It's just not as quite as it used to be. I think I gotta oil it down.

Apparently I want an exercise bike too now. I'm going go ahead with that idea. I have one at my dad's house and used that to drop like 20 pounds when I was there for the straight 6 months in 2007/2008. So easy cuz ity's like riding a bike and I love riding bikes!

Rave: friend is bringing me strong ass antibiotics left over from a trip to Africa!!!!!!!

Rave: between the two of them I think I can still drink!!! My theory is that I fell on Thursday, had wine thursday night, drank my ass of Friday, then nothing until last night. It was the alcohol killing the infection but since I didn't drink for a couple days - not even bailey's in my coffee - it came back. Vodka is a miracle cure. That and Bourbon.

Rave: high tolerance for pain

Rant: means I didn't properly convey the severity of my injury to the 3 doctors I saw and it took 4 months for them to realize one of my 3 badly hurt ligaments is actually torn (I have a history of this.)

Rave: small chance I can avoid surgery if my PTist and I bring it!

Rave: lesson learned. I always need to demand MRI's right after injuries and throughout healing.

Rant: all summer plans officially ruined. Great sadness. The only season I enjoy in NYC I'm stuck on the couch No hiking, no long bike rides, no running...

Rant: too many calories in liquor for me to drink my woes away If I stick to bloody mary's and use V8 for some of them, can that replace meals?

Rave: Walked to the mall (last chance long haul before hearing MRI results) and got good cripple shoes!

I can't find a website for them so they may not do internet sales, but Coursey's Smoked Meats is worth the detour if you're roadtripping near northern Arkansas. I don't eat a ton of meat but their smoked bacon is heavenly and I've never had any that compares.

Plus they're near the Buffalo River so you can pick up lunch and go sit on the river banks for a quiet picnic and canoe watching.

First it was Booklaw and now Carny?

My BFF's are free to dismiss me and I them (ex. Whynot) so if that's what Carny wants , I will step aside.

Flexi , just take Whynot. He'll let you borrow bikes , build stuff for you...and then give them away...yeah...so Whynot is a good choice.
