The Rant Rave thread

Rant: ended up taking two naps today. I am a horrible napper. Brain so fucked up I had a dream that I was on Daisy of Love and the competition was to demonstrate a new bra that looked like shorts with a straight face on TV. I ended up making out with Daisy. Um ew. May have to open special bottle of red have been saving so I can sleep dreamless tonight.

Rave: The moon is in the 7th house, I was late, she was early and I got to commute with Beave!!!!!!

Rant: massive piles of trash left on tree-covered hill in the northern end of Long Meadow. I've never seen so much trash in the park. So much that I took the dog home early from off-leash just to bike back with the camera and help pick up. I hope someone gets a huge fine for that. HUGE. Even one of the hawks was swooping amongst us for some goodies. And there were at least 4 good grills left (I think someone moved them to the picnic house).

Haha...it was apparently a "rap artist promoter" who may have had a permit, but not for the thousands of people that were apparently there, shitting where they liked and leaving tons of disgustingness.

rant: he isn't really my baby brother, just a favorite little buddy from college, and the girl in question has refused to meet me since they started dating about eight years ago, so i may or may not be allowed to attend the wedding. i will probably have to press my face up to a window all stella-dallas style.

Rant: Morons who think that they're my only client or contractor and that I remember minute details of conversations or emails I participated in six months ago.

flexi - 'cause he loves her, that's why. unfortunately, very few of my friends let me choose their spouses, but these two have been together for a long time, and i know that he's completely sure that she's the one. and anyway, this is just the way it goes with me and girlfriends (and boyfriends of gay male friends). they hate me. he will be the third good friend to marry a person who has never, despite my best efforts, spoken to me. but whatevs, as long as my boys keep talking to me; i don't need their bitchy womenfolk.
