So Saturday morning we are going out and she showers and I shower and she is getting ready and I see her spray something under her arms and I say, "Wow, I really love that perfume!" and she says, "That's not perfume, that's deodorant." and I say, "You use deodorant? Could have fooled me."

    I've been drinking ever since.

So does this mean you'll suck it up and deal with it?

Did you get a good look at what brand? And she uses spray? As in aerosol spray? Or the squirt kind? Not that this makes any difference as to the effectiveness, I'm just trying to figure out kind of gal she is....

So, you nailed her the night before, I'm assuming - did the smell of her pits make you wilt in your nether regions?

    It was the squirt kind.

I will suck it up as the stench was not bad this weekend.

Also, I just found out her birthday is coming up in two weeks so I will do the gift basket thing. I got that vegan deodorant, it looks great and I'll include that in the basket.

    Thanks all!

You are a too kind for this world. A hope for all smelly people out there.

...and again, never introduce that woman to Mougar!

Okay, so I'm coming to the party late, but I lived with someone who was allergic to the ingredients in most over the counter deodorants. She would occasionally get huge boils/blisters as a result. Whenever a flairup would occur she'd drop the deodorants until her skin returned to normal. Instead of deodorant she would put baking soda under her arms a couple of times a day. I could never tell the difference and only knew because I asked what the hell she was doing with the powder one day. She told me about the problem and the fact that she had been doing this for years. Granted, she may have been naturally non-smelly, but I would guess not as she was pretty obsessive about dusting herself on warm days or after physical exertion.

What? Douche bag wrote about his girlfriend's unbearable stench on an online forum; dropped hint of her vag, her bathing habits, her morning routine; accepted proposals about behavior modification.... dude's not too kind, dude's too NAZI.

GH, Mer is just a hopeless romantic. You'd know this if you had read all of his threads. Every couple of months it's another soulmate and another problem--BO, she hates his cat, conjugal visits at the facility always conflict with his drinking schedule, she turns into a werewolf at dark and gets kind of moody...
